Repairing: All laminate and melamine repairs are
tedious, and may require instructions specific to
each project. Therefore, before attempting any repairs,
contact Woodtech Cabinet Specialists Inc. for advice,
or specific instructions.

| Stained
or Painted parts |
Small holes: To repair small pinholes or cracks
no larger than 1.5mm, Woodtech Cabinet Specialists Inc.
typically recommends the use of colored wax sticks.
If a color stick was provided, first clean and dry the
area (follow the cleaning procedures listed under "Wood
stained and painted finishes"). Then simply warm
the stick's tip until the wax is soft, and fill in the
hole or crack by using the stick as a crayon. After
a small mound of wax has been built-up, gently rub the
surface smooth using a soft cotton rag until the area
is flat, and the residual wax is gone. Repeat as needed.

Small nicks and dents: To touch-up, first
clean and dry the area (follow the cleaning procedures
listed under "Wood stained and painted finishes").
Then using a fine artist brush, apply a small drop of
touch-up finish on the nick or dent - Do not try to
paint scratches, gouges, or large areas with the touch-up
finish. If touch-up finish was not provided, or the
damaged area is greater than a small nick or dent, contact
Woodtech Cabinet Specialists Inc. at 805-544-4828 for
repair work.

Do
not use: Solvents, cleansers, detergents, abrasive
cleaners, abrasives, products containing silicone, or
oil products such as Orange Oils, Watco Oils, or the
like. In addition, do not use any aerosol cleaners such
as Pledge, Old English, or the like. It is important
to note that products such as scrub pads, steel wool,
and towels with screen printing on them can damage the
fine finishes applied on all Woodtech Cabinet Specialists,
Inc. products. Use of any of these items or equivalent
will void the warranty offered by Woodtech Cabinet Specialists,
Inc.

Specialists, Inc. is "Fantastic," or a mild
dish washing liquid diluted with water. |
